RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY OF PURCHASED FILES –  Cregx
Files purchased on Site are not subject to return or exchange.

If a File purchased on the Site is of inappropriate quality, Cregx can, upon verification of defect or deficiency, refund such File to the customer’s account.

The foundation of reconsideration of the fact of purchasing File(s) is the customer's request in the support service with the indication of his/her account email, payment confirmation from an email about purchase or invoice from the user’s billing history, and reasons stating why the quality of File(s) is inappropriate.

The criteria in accordance to which the quality of File(s) is considered inappropriate are determined by the specialists of Cregx in each case, at their sole discretion.

Cregx reserves sole discretion in determining the viability of any File, and its quality Assurance specialists will work with you to reach a fair and equitable resolution.


RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY OF SUBSCRIPTIONS – Cregx
The Cregx subscriptions can be purchased by choosing one of the following plans: Monthly Plan or Yearly Plan.

The Cregx subscriptions offer free trial access with which all Free plan users can download the video with a watermark before making the decision to upgrade their account. Once the subscription is purchased, there will be no refund given.

Once the subscription expires, the subscribed user can still download the videos with a watermark on them.

Important: Cregx may but is not obligated to provide the user with alerts about the upcoming subscription expiration by any means of communication (email, mail, phone, fax, etc.).

If a File created/downloaded during the active Cregx subscription is of inappropriate quality, Cregx can replace such File to the customer’s account with premium quality (Files) for free.

The criteria in accordance to which the quality of File(s) is considered inappropriate are determined by the specialists of Cregx in each case, at their sole discretion.
